I spent 27 years in corporate food distribution at Sysco, Shamrock, and PFG before deciding I wanted to own my outcomes instead of renting them from someone else’s org chart. Along the way, I built and exited a CrossFit gym, which is where I learned what ownership actually feels like. Now, as a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, I work with corporate professionals sitting where I once sat.
