Dylan’s professional career was rooted in his family’s coffee and water distribution business, where he held various roles, evolving from a route driver to a quality food practitioner. However, the loss of his father in 2020 marked a profound shift in his career trajectory. The family business diverged from his father’s legacy, propelling Dylan to explore new professional avenues, including entrepreneurship.

“Dylan watched his dad be a successful entrepreneur and knew that business ownership was something he could do. But he didn’t know the path to take,” Scott said.

From Seeking to Understanding
Dylan’s pivot to entrepreneurship was not a straightforward decision. After seeking the services of a professional recruiter to find a new corporate job, Dylan connected with Scott.
